Step into an afternoon of grandeur, romance, and celebration as the Brisbane Concert Orchestra presents its 60th Anniversary Gala - a momentous afternoon of symphonic splendour marking six decades of music-making in Brisbane.
Join us at Brisbane’s historic Old Museum with a spectacular programme spanning classical favourites, cinematic soundtracks and beloved musical theatre.
The concert takes you on a musical journey from Mozart and Tchaikovsky to Elgar, Saint-Saëns and beyond, with memorable selections from Les Misérables, Somewhere in Time and Swan Lake.
Featuring captivating performances from our organ soloist in the grand finale of Saint-Saëns’ Organ Symphony and our clarinet soloist in Mozart’s beloved Clarinet Concerto, there’s something for everyone.
